Personal data processed
- Browsing data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, collected automatically for the operation and security of the site.
- Data provided voluntarily: name, email address and message content, submitted through the contact form.
Purposes and legal basis
- To respond to requests submitted through the contact form — legal basis: response to a request by the data subject and execution of pre-contractual measures.
- To ensure the operation, security and spam protection of the site — legal basis: legitimate interest of the controller.
- Usage statistics and marketing activities — legal basis: consent of the data subject (see the Cookie Policy).
Method and retention period
Data is processed with electronic tools and kept for the time strictly necessary for the indicated purposes. Data submitted through the contact form is kept for a maximum of 24 months, unless otherwise requested by the data subject.
Data sharing
Data may be processed on our behalf, as data processors, by technical service providers: hosting (Vercel Inc.), transactional email delivery (Resend), customer relationship management (CRM), and anti-spam protection (Cloudflare). Data is not disseminated.
Transfer of data outside the European Union
Some providers may process data outside the European Union. In such cases, the transfer takes place in accordance with the safeguards required by the GDPR, in particular the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
Rights of the data subject
The data subject may at any time exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability of their data, by writing to info@riva-firenze.com. They also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
