A ready-made jacket is built for an average person who does not exist. Bespoke starts the other way around: from your shoulders, your arms, the way you move. You choose the leather, you choose the details, and the piece is born around you. It stays yours for years.

Four steps, from the first measurement to delivery.
The leather
You choose the leather and the colour from our first-choice hides. Touch, compare, decide.
The fitting
We prepare the piece and you try it on. We adjust until it falls perfectly.
Delivery
Collect it in the atelier or we ship it to you. From that day it is yours alone.

Leather is meant to be touched.
A photo can't show it. These are the leathers we work with: first choice, Tuscan, Italian and French tanning. You really see them only in the atelier — or on a video call.

How much does a bespoke jacket cost?
Men's Modello Firenze from €3,200. Women's jacket from €2,900. Bespoke woven bag from €1,800. Price varies with the hide chosen.
How long does it take?
Ten weeks for a men's jacket, eight for a women's, six for a woven bag, three for a belt. Honest timelines, because hand stitching takes real hours.
Do I have to come to the atelier?
For the first piece, yes. We take the measurements at Via del Proconsolo. For later commissions we work remotely with video-call fittings and shipping of intermediate pieces.
Can the piece be adjusted after delivery?
Yes. Small free adjustments in the first four weeks: shoulders, sleeves, length. Leather settles on the body, you may want refinements.
Which leathers can I choose?
Tuscan vegetable tanning, Italian drum-dyed, French calf. Full-grain, lamb nappa, soft calf. You touch the hides on our bench before deciding.
